The Challenge

Ingredion was in the middle of a multi-year HR transformation - modernizing systems, streamlining service delivery, and building the operational infrastructure to support a global workforce. The challenge wasn't just technical. It was organizational: leadership transitions, platform ownership gaps, and a need to keep the lights on while the transformation continued around it.

Our Role

Stiletto partnered with Ingredion's HR and Digital Technology teams to provide stability during a critical transition period:

Interim Platform Ownership (ServiceNow HR Service Delivery): Stepped in as interim owner of the HR Service Delivery platform - managing day-to-day operations, clearing the backlog, and ensuring service continuity while permanent leadership was established. This wasn't caretaking; it was active management during a high-stakes handover.

Platform Testing: Served as Testing Lead across HR and operational platforms, building test strategies that balanced thoroughness with timeline realities. The goal wasn't just finding bugs - it was ensuring the people using these systems could trust them.

The Outcome

HR service delivery remained uninterrupted through leadership changes, platforms launched with confidence, and internal teams inherited clean, well-documented systems they could maintain going forward.

The Challenge

Time to Pay sounds simple until you're doing it across multiple sites, union agreements, and a constellation of systems that all need to talk to each other. Ingredion was unifying their time-and-attendance infrastructure - Kronos UKG Dimensions feeding into ADP GlobalView payroll - while simultaneously preparing to expand operations into Mexico. 148 configuration gaps had been identified across downstream systems. The DTS, HR, and Payroll teams needed coordination muscle to keep everything moving.

Our Role

Stiletto worked alongside Ingredion's DTS, HR, and Payroll teams to drive the technology workstream from go-live through optimisation:

Gap Resolution Support: Coordinated the remediation of 148 system gaps across downstream platforms - ADP GlobalView, Fidelity, Sunlife, and Aon. Payroll-critical exceptions, benefits integrations, and compliance configurations that needed to land correctly before employees could be paid.

End-to-End Testing: Managed E2E testing across the full T2P ecosystem - ensuring data flowed correctly from time entry through payroll processing, and that downstream systems received what they expected.

Timeclock Deployment: Managed the hardware rollout across six manufacturing sites - Indianapolis, Cedar Rapids, London, Cardinal, NKC, and Argo. Some locations needed 16-18 new clocks. We built the sprint structure, handled the overflow, and kept the programme on track through December 2025.

Integration Support: Worked across ServiceNow, RingCentral, SAP Finance, and Workday touchpoints - ensuring the T2P programme integrated cleanly with Ingredion's broader ecosystem.

Governance & Change Control: Established the weekly governance cadence, managed vendor coordination, and ensured every change followed DTS protocols for audit readiness.

The Outcome

The T2P programme launched in October 2024 and moved into Optimisation 2.0 with a clear governance structure, a manageable backlog, and the operational muscle to handle expansion into Mexico. More importantly - employees get paid correctly, on time, with the complexity handled behind the scenes where it belongs.
